Is it possible to cancel or change my order once it has been submitted?

Your order automatically begins processing as soon as it's submitted; therefore, we're unable to make changes, corrections, and/or cancellations. No replacements or refunds can be made on orders submitted with incorrect information, though we will gladly reorder items for you. We reserve the right to use discretion in what we print.
