Instructions:
1. Cut 4 (4 1/2" x 6 1/2") tag-shaped pieces of chipboard and fasten together in accordion-book form using the 1/2" adhesive tape (use 2 strips of tape on each spine for extra strength)
2. Cut 8 (4 1/2" x 6 1/2") tag-shaped pieces of paper from different designs in the paper pack. Adhere them to the front and back of each chipboard page, then use the precision file to remove any excess paper.
3. Cut out selected quotes from the sticker words page, mount them to various colors of paper and cut into circles, squares, ovals, and so forth. Ink edges with the fluid chalks and adhere to panels as desired.
4. Tie ribbons along album spines for an elegant touch, then add photos and embellishment to each page. Tie a ribbon around album to keep it closed.
