Instructions:
1. Paint the decoupage shirt with black craft paint. Let dry.
2. Mat photo onto blue cardstock and adhere to project.
3. Use fluid chalks and/or markers to draw a border design around edge. Add stickers and ribbon to embellish project.
4. Attach ribbon hanger to top of shirt.
