What You'll Need:
Red, White, and Blue Paper Pack
Star Embellishment Kit
XL Memory Tape Runner
Craft Bond
Other supplies:
Cardboard tubes (from paper towel rolls, wax paper, wrapping paper, and so forth)
Party noisemakers
Assorted ribbons
Instructions:
1. Cut and glue patterned paper around cardboard tubes that have been cut to various lengths.
2. Decorate top and bottom edges with stickers and ribbons. Tie ribbons and star paperclip from embellishment kit around center of each tube.
3. Fill each tube with tissue paper, leaving the top 2 or 3 inches empty. Place brightly colored party noisemakers in tubes to make fun "fuses."
