Instructions:
1. Cut designed paper to fit inside jar. Cut 1 1/2" strips of contrasting paper using decorative scissors and glue strips to top and bottom of designed paper. Roll to fit inside of jar.
2. Apply rub-ons to outside of jar and to handles of paintbrushes.
3. Embellish jar and brushes with ribbon and rhinestones. Apply flowers to band of ribbon around top of jar.
