Decorated Scissors
Instructions
1. Cut a piece of cardstock to fit over bag handle.
2. Cut edge with decorative scissors and ink.
3. Using ribbon and floss, hang bells from the paper edge.
4. Cut and tie various ribbons to the top of the handle. Embellish tag with rhinestones and ribbon and tie to handle.
