Primary Cat's Eyes Fluid Chalks
Red Vinyl Alphabet Sheets
Celebration Chipboard Shapes
Zots™ Adhesive Dots
Craft Bond
Other supplies:
White chipboard or cardstock
Instructions:
1. Cut visor shape from white chipboard. Ink entire top of visor. Cut wavy strips from the Pagemaker Kit sheets and adhere to visor. Cut circle shapes and adhere to visor on top of paper strips. Embellish circles with glitter.
2. Fold ribbon into a flower shape and attach a button to the center with an adhesive dot. Attach flower to visor with adhesive dots.
3. Cut out flower shapes from paper and place a rhinestone in the center of each. Adhere to visor.
4. Use vinyl alphabet letters and numbers for the title. Cut out an arrow and attach, pointing toward the age number.
5. Punch a small hole on each side of visor; slip ribbon through holes to tie around child's head.
