Personalized Birthday Stickers
Double-Sided Party Ribbon
Orange/Pink/Red Rhinestones
Blue/Green/Light Blue Rhinestones
Sugar Coating Glitter Assortment
Craft Bond
Glue Stick
Pop-Up Glue Dots®
Other supplies:
Cardstock
Assorted ribbons
Instructions:
1. Cut tag out of cardstock, add a contrasting strip of cardstock horizontally across center of cardstock. Punch hole in top of tag.
2. Adhere ribbons over edges of cardstock strip and tie ribbons through punched hole at top of tag.
3. Mat a small sticker on to cardstock, punch a small hole in corner, and tie to tag with ribbon. Use a pop-up glue dot for a 3-D effect.
4. Add personalized sticker and rhinestones as shown.
