2. Cut and adhere ribbon to cover edges of the box and the lid.

3. Cut blue strip of paper with scallop scissors and adhere to lid.

4. Assemble paper or silk flowers and insert brads in centers. Adhere to box top.

5. Cut out a tag shape. Punch hole in end and insert ribbons. Apply sticker to tag and adhere to box top.
