5" x 7" blank card or 7" x 10" piece of cardstock, folded in half
Instructions:
1. Trim patterned paper from the theme pack and adhere to front and inside of card.
2. Use adhesive tape to adhere ribbons for balloon "strings." Add stickers to front and inside of card.
3. Add glitter around balloon edges and let dry.
