Instructions:
1. Use the edges of the tin bucket as a template for the patterned paper. Cut out and adhere paper to the outside of pail and glue ribbon along the top and bottom edges.
2. Glue glitter to the front of a chipboard shape and slide a small piece of cardstock behind the window before adhering it to the bucket. Write in the title and apply rhinestone stickers as an embellishment.
3. Tie several colors of ribbon to the handle and choose a fun 3-D flower sticker as a final touch.
