1. Cover metal pail with Red Star Laser Cut Paper.
2. Adhere ribbon around the pail. Make a bow from a second piece of ribbon and adhere to top of ribbon.
3. Cut out a star and glue to a white button. Embelllish with a rhinestone. Adhere to center of bow.
