1. Weave length of ribbon through fence openings in Picket Fence Box and tie.
2. Wrap chenille stems around a pencil to form stems and adhere to bag.
3. Adhere rhinestones to center of flower. Adhere flower to vines.
4. Make a gift tag from cardstock and adhere rhinestone butterfly to front. Tie to bag. Fill with green shredded paper.
