1. Triple mat a tag using paper from the Birthday Theme Pack.
2. Apply Colored Stitches Stickers to the edge of the center section of the tag.
3. Cut the outside of the tag using decorative scissors.
4. Apply glitter to the flame of the candle design, punch a hole in the top corner, and tie ribbon in a knot for attaching to package.
