Pull Bow br>
1. Cut every other loop of the Pull Bow apart. When complete you will have two straight pieces of ribbon attached at the middle.
2. Shred the cut Pull Bow.
3. Repeat steps 1 and 2 with two additional Pull Bows in contrasting colors.
4. Using Curling Ribbon bundle and tie the shredded Pull Bows.
5. Using contrasting Curling Ribbon tie a bow around the Tassel Bow.
