1. Before pulling bow, cut the edges of each loop with pinking shears.
2. Pull bow. Hole-punch each loop.
3. Pull bow. Pinch each loop & cut a V into top.
4. Remove staples from a pull bow & cut loops in half (from top to bottom). Double-stick tape or glue thinner loops over loops of second bow.
