Instructions:
1. Choose a piece of colored cardstock for the background. Trim bottom edge with scallop-edge scissors.
2. Select a piece of patterned paper, trim slightly, and adhere to background. Outline some of the flowers with a glue pen and sprinkle with a matching color glitter.
3. Trim photo into a circle and add ribbon around edge. Adhere to layout with 3-D foam dots.
4. Cut title with cutting machine and adhere to layout. Journal on individual strips of paper, then outline each strip with glitter.
5. To finish layout, add glittered chipboard shapes, glittery flower rub-ons, and rhinestones.
