Instructions:
1. Choose a piece of cardstock for the background. Select a piece of patterned paper, trim an inch off the top and off of one side, and adhere to the cardstock.
2. Mat photo onto a piece of cardstock, leaving a 1/2" border. Trim a contrasting piece of patterned paper 1/2" longer and wider than matted photo and adhere to layout at an angle. Adhere matted photo onto contrasting paper.
3. Coat 4 chipboard crowns with glitter and attach to corners of photo. Add rhinestones and date to glittered chipboard bookplate and adhere to photo.
4. Trim a piece of paper with deco-edged scissors and add journaling. Embellish with chipboard flower and rhinestone and adhere to layout as shown.
5. Use alpha rub-ons for the title.
