What You'll Need:

  • Football Theme Pack
  • Bazzill Fall Cardstock
  • XL Memory Tape Runner
  • Cutter Bee™ Precision-Cut Scissors
  • Fiskars® Click Craft Knife

  • Tip: Overlap your letters and trim off part to make two-tone letters.

    INSTRUCTIONS:

    1. Start a layout by trimming the football off a sheet of patterned paper. Align it to the right edge and adhere it to a sheet of cardstock using an XL Memory Tape Runner.

    2. Use the Cutter Bee Precision-Cut Scissors to trim out the word "Football" from a sheet of patterned paper. The letters when trimmed are brown. Since the "F" and an "O" overlap onto the football, trim a second set of both those letters and apply them to the top of the letter with temporary adhesive. Gently, make a cut using the Click Craft Knife at the point where the letters overlap. Remove the left side of the white cardstock so that there are contrasting colors on the cardstock and the football. The letters for "Ball" will be trimmed out of white cardstock using the brown letters as a template. The only letter that needs to have the two color process is the bottom "L". It is done the same way the "F" and the "O" on "Foot" is done.

    3. Mat your photos to cardstock and trim them out leaving an 1/8" border, corner rounding the bottom left corner of two photos.

    4. Place stickers on white cardstock and trim and adhere them to the paper. This helps them pop against the patterned paper. Use the Cutter Bee Precision-Cut Scissors to trim the "MVP" sticker leaving just the letters.

    5. Journal using a black archival safe pen.
