Instructions:
1. Double mat an oval photo. Adhere to 12" x 12" background sheet. Adhere rickrack Moss Ribbon to outside of frame.
2. Punch assorted flower shapes from paper pack using the flower punches. Cut as needed to create a dimensional effect. Chalk edges of punched flowers. Layer flower shapes using a dimensional adhesive. Adhere rhinestones to center of flowers. Adhere to frame. Add ribbon as desired.
3. Double mat journaling or photocopied birth announcement. Embellish with rhinestones and punched flower. Adhere to background sheet.
