Cricut Cutting Machine
Instructions:
1. Use white cardstock for the background. Select a piece of patterned paper, trim as shown, and adhere to background. Adhere a 3/4" strip of blue paper to bottom of layout, add a waved strip of paper on top, and glue ribbon on raw edge as shown.
2. Mat photo to blue cardstock, leaving a small border. Adhere mounted photo to white cardstock, lightly stroke blue Paints Effects on white border, ink edges, and adhere to layout.
3. Cut "America The Beautiful" from blue paper with cutting machine and adhere to layout.
4. To finish layout, ink edges of tag shapes cut from red, white, and blue cardstock and adhere to left edge of photo; add colored brads. Coat star-shaped chipboard pieces with glitter, let dry, and adhere to layout. Add rhinestones and brads as shown.
