Black Permanent-Ink Pen
Instructions:
1. Choose a dark green cardstock sheet for the background. Trim a piece of "Cock-a-Doodle-Do!" patterned paper and place it on the cardstock about halfway down.
2. Mat two 4" x 6" photos on a sheet of medium green cardstock, leaving a 1/8" border, and place them at alternating angles on the layout. Use green metal photo corners on one photo to help frame the subject and connect the photo corners by outlining them with a black permanent pen.
3. Mat several stickers with the medium or light green cardstock. Add detail to some by making black "stitch marks" along the edge. Add bits of red ribbon to "tie" the fence together and give a bit of color to the top photo.
4. Hand-journal on a block of the light green cardstock. Create a bookplate using decorative scissors, a date stamp, and a bit of ribbon.
