1. Use a sheet of patterned paper as the background.
2. Double-mat 3 vertical photos with white and teal cardstock.
3. Use the Xyron® 250 Sticker Maker to adhere velvet ric rac ribbon. Adhere snowflakes with the 3-D foam dots.
4. To create the flower, use 2 different-sized daisies, painting the edges of each with Sea Foam Acrylic Paint. Use mini-brads for the center, then adhere flower with 3-D foam dots.
5. Use Cricut™ Electronic Cutter to make title and outline letters with the silver glitter paint pen. Adhere with Xyron® 250 Sticker Maker.
