Instructions:
1. Choose a piece of patterned paper for the background. Trim another patterned piece of paper to 3" x 12" and apply it to the background. Glue coordinating rick-rack ribbon along the edge of the patterned paper to cover the straight edge.
2. Mat two photos and adhere them to the layout. Add ribbon and rhinestone embellishments to one of the photos and add journaling.
3. Cut out the title with the Cricut™ machine and glue it to the layout. Glue glitter snowflake rub-ons onto some scraps of white cardstock, cut them out, and pop them up using pop dots.
