What You'll Need:
Plain Paper Trees
Winter Paper Value Pack
Adhesive Tape Value Pack
Other supplies:
Small snowflake embellishment
Fake snow
Assorted ribbon
Instructions:
1. Cut several 2 1/2" to 3" strips of paper from the paper pack. Then cut 3/4 of the way up the strips to create a "fringe".
2. Working from the bottom up, layer each strip slightly above the one below it, and attach each strip with tacky tape.
3. Add the snowflake embellishment to the top of the tree. Add fake snow to edges of fringed paper strips and to top of base. Wrap a few fun ribbons around base for a finishing touch.
