Instructions:
1. Use lavender glitter cardstock for the background. Select a piece of patterned paper, trim as shown, and adhere to background. Adhere white rickrack to edges of patterned paper.
2. Double-mat photo, chalking edge of largest mat.
3. To finish layout, coat star-shaped chipboard pieces with glitter, let dry, and adhere to layout. Cut out title with cutting machine and adhere to layout.
