White Marker
1. Use the USA patterned paper as the background.
2. Double-mat a 5" x 7" photo using a 5 1/2" x 7 1/2" piece of red cardstock and a 6" x 8" piece of blue cardstock.
3. Mat 2 wallet-size photos with the red cardstock, trimmed 1/8" wider than the 2 wallet photos.
4. Use the coordinating stickers in upper right-hand corner. Attach alpha stickers to red cardstock and trim to the pattern of the stickers, then adhere to page with 3-D foam dots.
5. Paint chipboard stars and bookplate with red paint. Outline stars and write date on bookplate with white marker. Attach bookplate with blue mini brads.
