3-D Foam Dots

Premade Photo Frame

Modge Podge

Adhesive

Instructions:
1. Cut paper from paper pack and adhere with Modge Podge to cover the frame. Brush Modge Podge on the front of the paper.

2. Cut shapes as shown from the paper pack and mount on colored cardstock. Brush with Paint Effects clear glaze. Adhere to frame using 3-D dots.
