What You'll Need:
Red, White, & Blue Paper Pack
Basic Flocking & Glitter Kit
Other supplies:
Rhinestones
Adhesive
Red & Navy Cardstock
Instructions:
1. Choose a patterned paper for the background. Cut strips of red and navy cardstock and adhere to left side of layout; adhere a slightly narrower strip of contrasting paper over nay cardstock strip.
2. Cut flag shape and several stars in various sizes from the patterned paper. Adhere flag and stars as shown on left side of layout.
3. Double-mat two photos as shown and adhere to layout.
4. Cut out journaling tag, add flocking around outside edge according to kit directions. Add flocking to edges of large star on flag, also.
5. To finish layout, add cut-out stars, rhinestones, and journaling as shown.
