Black fine-point archival pen
Instructions:
1. Choose a piece of glitter cardstock for the background. Cut a 10 1/2" x 11" piece of patterned paper and adhere to the layout.
2. Cut a 1" x 11 1/4" strip of black cardstock and adhere it horizontally to the layout. Mat photo, adhere to layout, and adhere several foam stars around the photo. Draw lines around the edges of the foam stars and around the edge of the patterned paper with a black fine-point archival pen.
3. Mat a couple of clear word stickers onto cardstock, draw lines around the edges, and adhere to layout. Apply glitter to a few of the patterned paper elements. For a final touch, apply alphabet rub-ons to layout.
