Instructions:
1. Adhere a trimmed piece of white glitter cardstock to a full-size sheet of blue cardstock. Trim and adhere a piece of patterned paper to the white glitter cardstock as shown.
2. Mat photo, chalk edges, and adhere to layout.
3. To finish layout, add ribbons, glittered chipboard flowers, rhinestones, and journaling.
