Instructions:
1. Choose white cardstock for the background. Trim a piece of black paper to 11" x 11" and adhere to background. Trim a piece of patterned paper to 10 1/2" x 10 12" and adhere to black paper.
2. Mat photos on white cardstock. Chalk edges and add blue ribbon to two photos as shown. Adhere to layout.
3. Coat two star-shaped chipboard pieces with glitter and adhere to layout with pop dots.
4. Apply a strip of blue ribbon to the top and to the bottom of the patterned paper; edge blue ribbon with black ribbon as shown.
