Tip:Even though your background paper is designed, sometimes it's nice to trim it and glue it to solid cardstock. The solid color can really help to bring the elements of your scrapbooking page together.
INSTRUCTIONS:
1. Trim 1/2" from the top and side edges of a sheet of patterned paper. Center and adhere to a 12x12 piece of solid cardstock.
2. Cut a 2x11 1/2 strip of contrasting patterned paper and adhere horizontally 1/2" from the bottom of the background paper.
3. Cut a 1/2x11 1/2 strip of white cardstock and adhere horizontally 1/2" from the top of the background paper.
4. Mat a horizontal photo on lavender cardstock. Adhere to top-left corner of background paper.
5. Mat a vertical photo on lavender cardstock, leaving a larger bottom edge. Adhere to right side of background paper, overlapping the border strip slightly.
6. Journal on white cardstock; adhere to background. Apply stickers to the corners of the journaling block. Apply Rain Dots Stickers in various sizes and colors to cover the edge of the journaling block.
7. Apply Rain Dots Stickers in various sizes and colors along the white cardstock strip.
8. Stick a couple of cute stickers on your layout for a finishing touch.
