Tip: Add multi-colored mini brads to liven up your photo mats.
1. Choose a piece of printed paper for the background. Trim around a 3-D Toddler Sticker, mat it, ink the mat edges with Cat's Eyes chalks, and add it to the layout.
2. Using the Curvy Cutter™ Templates and Cutting Tool, cut a coordinating circle of patterned paper, and ink edges. Cut a slightly smaller circle of a photo, ink edges, adhere it to the circle of patterned paper, and add to the layout.
3. Cut out a 5" x 6 1/8" piece of patterned paper, round and ink the edges, and add 4 multi-colored mini-brads. Use 3-D foam dots to pop up the photo mat. Then cut a 5" x 7" piece of patterned paper, ink edges, add your photo, and position it on top of the first photo mat.
4. Add journaling and three shiny 3-D stickers to the layout.
