Instructions:
1. Select a background sheet from the paper pack. Mat a 5" x 7" on patterned paper. Adhere to layout.
2. Cut 3 assorted strips of patterned paper and adhere along bottom of layout.
3. Cut ferris wheel out of patterned paper, add glitter to "seats" and wheel, and adhere to layout.
4. Adhere strip of rickrack ribbon to top of layout.
5. Add title and journaling.
