Tip: Choose picture placement so the background design points the way for the focal point of every page - your photos. Add, rearrange, and subtract embellishments before you adhere them so you achieve the right balance between photos and adornments.

INSTRUCTIONS:

1. Cut a mat of solid paper to frame the photo; trim a smaller mat of patterned paper, which will be applied on top of the solid mat. Cut out several words and phrases from a designed paper and staple them to the edge of the photo mat. Apply the mat to the top center of the background paper.

2. Carefully cut six flower elements from one of the designed papers. Apply some of the flowers directly to the background paper in the upper-right and lower-left corners. Give one flower a 3-D effect with foam dots adhesive, and apply below the photo. Apply foam dots to another flower, attaching it to the upper-right corner of the photo. Trim the flowers so their edges are flush with the borders for all photos that are placed along borders.

3. Adhere stickers to a corner of the matted photo and two of the flower elements.
