  • Tip: Using a few metal elements can add and extra special look o your layout.

    INSTRUCTIONS:

    1. Begin your layout by cutting a 6x4 piece of patterned paper. Round the corners and chalk ink all of the edges and apply it to the bottom left corner of the layout. Cut a 7 1/2x8 piece of patterned paper, round the corners; chalk ink the edges and attach it to the layout.

    2. Mat a 5x7 photo to a 6x8 piece of patterned paper, chalk ink the edges, staple on two pieces of ribbon and slide on a Birthday Index tab before applying this piece to the layout.

    3. Use the circle squeeze punches to punch out the shapes needed to create a title along the bottom of the page. Use the letter stickers from the sticker pack to add into the centers of the smaller circles. Adhere the smaller circles to the fronts of the larger circles and use 3-D foam dots to pop up each letter circle.

    4. Journal on a computer and chalk ink the edges before applying it to the layout.

    5. Cut one 2 3/4x3 piece of patterned paper, chalk ink the edges; staple on one piece of ribbon and attach to the top left corner of your layout. Slide on another birthday index tab to the top of a sticker and attach it to the center of the rectangle.

    6. As a finishing touch, apply a few more stickers to cardstock scraps, and cut them out in order to pop them up using the 3-D foam dots.
