INSTRUCTIONS:

1. Trim the 12x12 piece of solid colored cardstock to 11 1/2x11 1/2 and mount onto a piece of 12x12 black cardstock.

2. Cut the patterned cardstocks. You can choose to use any of the patterns for each of the measurements as they all coordinate. You'll need a 1 1/2x11 1/2 piece, 8x8 piece, 1x8 piece, and 3x4 piece. Use a corner rounder to round two corners on the 8x8 piece and one corner on the 3x4 inch piece.

3. Mount the 8x8 piece of patterned cardstock and the 3x4 cardstock onto a solid coordinating cardstock. Use the reverse side of the patterned cardstock. Use the corner rounder and round the two corners on the 8x8 solid cardstock and the one corner on the 3x4 solid cardstock.

4. Mount the 3x4 piece to the top left corner, and mount the 1 1/2x11 piece of patterned cardstock horizontally to the bottom of the page. Mount the 1x8 strip of patterned cardstock and the 8x8 inch using the XL Memory Tape Runner.

5. Adhere a handmade Chipboard "4."

6. Select various ribbons and adhere to the top and bottom border of the bottom strip of patterned paper and to the edge of the 8x8 patterned paper. Use the ribbons to add ties to the tags and to embellish the bottom tag. Add the journaling to the bottom tag. Mount the tags to the page.

7. Use a 4x6 photo and round the two corners. Mount it on a solid cardstock and again round the two corners. Before you mount the photo onto the page, slip on two metal birthday tabs. Mount the photo to the finished page, after the tabs are slipped onto the photo.
