Instructions:
1. Choose a piece of cardstock for the background. Mat photos and add them to the layout.
2. Cut 3 different strips of patterned paper, adhere them to layout, and attach title letters. Use the adhesive rub-ons to complete the title.
3. Create fun page elements by cutting out some of the patterns and arranging them on the layout to fill up empty spaces. Add journaling and rhinestones for the finishing touches.
