2. Apply a generous amount of glue to the entire photo frame.

3. Arrange paper squares around frame. While glue is still wet, sprinkle sand between the paper squares. Let dry.

4. Glue 2 small shells to a sand dollar, then glue sand dollar to bottom corner of frame.
