Instructions:
1. Trace around dog bone frame for pattern. Sand edges of frame. Using a liberal amount of glue, place paper onto frame - "squish" paper around to make ridges and wrinkles. Rough up with sandpaper when dry.
2. Staple ribbon onto matted stickers and use 3-D foam dots to attach stickers to frame.
