1. Cut two 1x12 strips of patterned paper. Mat onto white cardstock and overlap the border strips in the bottom-left corner of the background paper, adhering strips to the background.

2. Cut a 9x9 square of a complementary patterned paper, round the corners, and place on background.

3. Cut a 5 1/4x7 rectangle of same patterned paper. Mat on white cardstock and tie a piece of knotted gingham ribbon toward its top. Using the Rub-On Magic Kit, create 6 glittery flowers on white cardstock. Attach 3 of the flowers with mini brads to the upper-left corner of the paper, overlapping the ribbon. Glue matted paper to the background.

4. Round corners of the 5x7 photo; paint edges with navy paint. Cut large photo corner from white cardstock and attach to the top right of photo; adhere photo to background.

5. Paint two ghost brackets with navy paint and set them aside to dry.

6. Program the Cutter to cut large letters and title from adhesive-backed cardstock mat. Place letters between the painted ghost brackets; apply title to the upper-left corner of the layout on top of the border strip.

7. Attach remaining chipboard flowers to bottom left using multi-colored mini brads.
