2. Punch a hole in the center of paper and in each of the outside 4 corners.

3. Bend each of the 4 corners to the center, line up holes, and insert a brad through all 5 punch holes.

4. Mat a sticker on cardstock and adhere to center of pinwheel. Tape pinwheel to pencil or use a push pin instead to allow it to spin.
