Making Memories Chipboard Frames and Flourishes
Tip: Try using the Xyron machines to run your ribbon through. It's a quick and easy way to adhere ribbon to any project!
INSTRUCTIONS:
1. Trim a piece of patterned paper 7 to 11 1/2" x 11 1/2", chalk ink the edges and mount to a coordinating piece of coordinating cardstock.
2. Mount a 4" x 6" photo to a 4 1/4" x 6 1/4" piece of cardstock, chalk ink the edges and mat again onto a 5"x7" piece of cardstock. Then mat the photo once more, this time using a 6"x8" piece of patterned paper and chalk ink the edges.
3. Use 3 paper flowers and attach them to the bottom left corner of the matted photo using 3 mini flower brads. Attach to the layout.
4. Run 2 pieces of ribbon through the Xyron Sticker Maker and attach them to the bottom edge of the layout.
5. Use 2 different colors of chalk ink to "paint" a chipboard frame and attach it to the page title using two mini flower brads.
6. Add two more large brads to the centers of the flowers on the patterned paper. And for her final touch, she applied the swirl rub-ons to her layout.
