Instructions
1. Choose a piece of cardstock for the background. Cut a 7" x 12" piece of patterned paper, ink the edges, and adhere it to the layout.
2. Cut a 1" x 12" strip of patterned paper, ink the edges and attach it to the layout.
3. Double-mat a photo on 2 different colors of cardstock and adhere it to the layout.
4. Add your matted journaling and glue it to the layout. Create the title by gluing on chipboard letters and also by using a fine-tip paint pen. Add rhinestones and chipboard pieces as shown to finish off your project.
