Instructions
1. Wrap the double-sided adhesive tape around the entire length of a pencil. Cover pencil with patterned paper.
2. Cut a star shape out of cardstock and add glitter to outside edges. Attach a character sticker to a small piece of old sheet protector (or any clear stiff plastic), trim around sticker, and attach to center of star with an adhesive dot.
3. Punch the word "Boo!" out of black cardstock and mount on a square of orange cardstock. Attach to star with glue dot. Attach bat Raindot sticker to star.
4. Add a few curls of ribbon to back of star. Attach decorated star to pencil.
